President Donald Trump on Wednesday shaded his four predecessors for "bad policies and leadership" that led to the loss of 6 million manufacturing jobs and racked up trade deficits of more than $12 million.
The tweet comes the morning after his chief economic adviser, Gary Cohn, announced he's resigning, which was part of the fallout from Trump's decision to slap tariffs on steel and aluminum, a decision that Cohn was adamantly against.
