The New York Daily News dubbed President Donald Trump "Commander in Hate" on its cover Thursday, the day after he announced that transgender people cannot serve in the military.
"An American disgrace," the paper said in its tweet of the front page.
"News says: cruel betrayal built on lies," reads the text under the headline, next to a picture of Trump holding a rainbow-colored flag with the words "LGBT for Trump" written on it.
