Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., hailed Republican Senate wins on Tuesday, saying the victories will ensure the administration’s “conservative judicial” nominations will continue to be confirmed.
"When the GOP maintains control of the Senate, the conservative judicial train is going to keep running!" Graham tweeted.
Graham has been campaigning against sitting Democratic senators for the first time in his political career over the bitter confirmation battle over Justice Brett Kavanaugh, The Hill reported.
"I hope they get their ass kicked for the way they behaved [during the confirmation fight]," Graham told the Heritage Foundation last month, the news outlet reported.
