Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump shot back at claims he has a conflict of economic interests in Russia with a pointed tweet Tuesday evening, contending "I have ZERO investments in Russia."
Trump’s tweet came after Fox News contributor
George Will suggested the New York-based real estate magnate’s unreleased tax returns would show significant financial connections with Russian leaders.
Also, there have been whispers from the political left of a Kremlin conspiracy to aid Trump in his candidacy for president, going as far to suggest the Democratic National Committee email hack was orchestrated by Russians for Trump.
Trump called those notions "crazy" in a tweet preceding the one above.
