Donald Trump likes to point out how he is "really rich" and how he is self-funding his GOP presidential campaign, and now he has revealed how much – or little – he has spent.
"I literally have spent $543,000 on my campaign," Trump said in a new
Forbes interview.
"Other people have spent $20 million, $25 million already. Like [Jeb] Bush and all these people. They're spending a fortune."
Trump
also criticized Forbes for setting his net worth at $4.5 billion. He says it is closer to $10 billion.
Bush has raised the most money, at $100,000 and was the early front-runner, but has slowly slid down the polls ever since Trump's entrance in the race in early June.
