Fitton Pans Court of Appeals, Calls It 'Deep State Court'

Judicial Watch founder Tom Fitton on Monday panned the ruling of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upholding the injunction against President Donald Trump's travel ban, calling the panel a "deep state court."
