Carl Higbie, a one-time Navy SEAL and a strong supporter of President Donald Trump, has been named chief of external affairs for the Corporation for National and Community Service.
Higbie announced he was joining the administration in a post on his Twitter account:
The Corporation for National and Community Service is federal agency set up to oversee national service initiatives, according to The Hill
Higbie says he is responsible "for the public image, message and media for the organization."
