Trump campaign strategic adviser Boris Epshteyn announced Wednesday he has tested positive for COVID-19.

Epshteyn tweeted:

"I have tested positive for COVID-19. I am experiencing mild symptoms, and am following all appropriate protocols, including quarantining and contact tracing."

The announcement comes just days after Donald Trump Jr. had announced he tested positive.

Twitter reactions were mixed, with some wishing the aide to President Donald Trump well and others sharing anti-Trump remarks. Some of the negative comments were deleted, but Epshteyn appeared to be in good spirits, mocking haters with:

"Thank you for being a member of the tolerant left!"

"More wonderful, tolerant liberals! Happy Thanksgiving to you too!"
