Ben Shapiro, editor of The Daily Wire, is blasting both Republicans and Democrats for their treatment of the FBI.
Shapiro made his comments in a Thursday posting on Twitter: “Democrats 5 minutes ago: How dare Trump malign the noble, spotless, thorough FBI? Democrats now: The FBI is incompetent and biased. Republicans have done the same trick. Is it possible that the FBI is a law enforcement agency, with all of the attendant qualities and drawbacks?”
The Hill pointed out senators are currently reviewing the latest FBI report on the background of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The website noted Democrats say the probe into allegations of sexual assault by Kavanaugh was too limited, while Republicans say it offered no corroborative evidence to support the allegations.
