Schiff: Russia Laughing at Trump

Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., fired back at a tweet from President Donald Trump, who had said Russia was laughing at the U.S.

They were certainly laughing in the Oval Office, but that had more to do with your conduct than anything else. And who can blame them? https://t.co/WZavE3DIlg

His tweet appeared to refer to a meeting Trump had with Russian officials in the White House. The Washington Post had reported Trump revealed highly classified information during that meeting.

Schiff is the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. His Twitter post came in response to a tweet by Trump earlier on Tuesday:
