The controversial meeting between Donald Trump Jr. and Russian operatives during the 2016 presidential race was a "treasonous" act and federal investigators are going to "crack" the president's son "like an egg," Steve Bannon is quoted as saying in a new book.
The Guardian newspaper of London says Bannon, speaking to author Michael Wolff for his upcoming book "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," also called the powwow "unpatriotic."
