The return of United States' forces remains from North Korea could help bring closure for some family members decades after their loved ones went missing, Rick Downes, president of the Coalition of Families of Korean and Cold War POW/MIAs told Newsmax TV on Friday.

"The difference [this time] is that it's happening, something is actually happening," Downes, told "America Talks Live." "That's exciting onto itself, and that some family members are going to find closure."
