Congress should take a look at restricting ownership of semi-automatic weapons, according to Bill O'Reilly on Newsmax TV.
"I think they're going to have to write it specifically – they being Congress – and we'll all take a look at it if we can come to a reasonable way to make it more difficult for high-powered weaponry to be put in the hands of maniacs," O'Reilly told Wednesday's "The Wayne Allyn Root Show." "That's the goal."
