Bill O'Reilly argued against the idea of the United States giving money to Central American countries to improve their situations and help deter migrant caravans, telling Newsmax TV on Tuesday night it is impossible to control another country's poverty situation.
O'Reilly made the comments for his Talking Points Memo, which aired on "The Wayne Allyn Root Show."
