GOP Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee is spearheading a campaign to stop ruthless drug cartels from “renting” babies and young children out to illegals trying to evade U.S. immigration law.

Blackburn and several co-sponsors have introduced The Accountability for Care of Unaccompanied Alien Children Act. It aims to protect children who might otherwise suffer due to lawlessness on the border.
