Experts Warn 'Heartbeat Bills' Won't Reverse Roe v. Wade

Last week’s decision by a federal judge blocking the implementation of restrictive anti-abortion measures in Missouri is expected to add fuel to the debate raging within the pro-life community over the best way to reverse Roe v. Wade.

Traditionally, the pro-life community has pursued an incremental strategy to gradually peel back the availability of abortion in the United States. In part, that approach reflected a commitment to saving as many lives as possible in the current cultural and legal circumstance.
