Author Gordon G. Chang credits President Trump's "brilliant" decision to hold face-to-face negotiations with the Hermit Kingdom's Kim Jung Un for Monday's surprise meeting between top North Korean and Chinese leaders.
Chang's remarks came after the Dow surged nearly 670 points on Monday, following reports that Chinese leaders are reaching out to U.S. officials to try to avoid a looming trade war.
