Government agencies not normally associated with law enforcement are buying thousands of guns and storing millions of rounds of ammunition, according to a new report.

The Government Accountability Office's report on 20 “law enforcement” agencies revealed last month that many non-military federal agencies have enough firepower to wage a small war. It’s a trend that has government watch dogs worried.
