The charge by a United Nations human rights panel that the Chinese government is ruthlessly cracking down on Uighurs, an ethnic Muslim minority, is so serious world leaders must act quickly to stop it, Asian affairs expert and The Daily Beast columnist Gordon Chang said Wednesday.
"Right now, what we are looking at is, I think, a crime against humanity, and the United States and other nations need to speak out about this, because we cannot allow another Rwanda – and that's where we're going with this," Chang told Newsmax TV's "America Talks Live."
