Former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman on Tuesday urged President Donald Trump to withdraw the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court, saying it could lead to the commander in chief's own downfall.
"How can you have a judge who claims that he's conservative ascend to the Supreme Court when he has little respect for the Fourth Amendment?" Klayman, founder of the government watchdog Freedom Watch, told "America Talks Live" on Newsmax TV.
