While many shareholders likely "welcomed" news of Boeing's executive management shakeup as the company continues to address its spate of safety and manufacturing issues, airline industry experts contend the Biden administration could still be doing more to ensure passenger safety in the skies.

On Monday, the company announced that CEO Dave Calhoun and two other senior executives would be stepping down from their roles.
