Congress should sort out the birthright citizenship issue but President Donald Trump does have the ability to solve it via executive order, former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay told Newsmax TV.
DeLay was on Wednesday's "Newsmax Now" and addressed the topic in the wake of Trump's announcement he plans to revoke a portion of the 14th Amendment, which would end the practice of automatically granting U.S. citizenship to any child born here.
