Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is set to appear before Congress on Thursday and ask lawmakers to regulate his business even more.

At the heart of Zuckerberg’s proposal is the controversial Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996, according to NBC News. That particular piece of legislation, which gives social media companies immunity from liability, has drawn bipartisan fire recently, with Democrats complaining about alleged disinformation and Republicans railing against perceived censorship.
