Before President Joe Biden’s dog, Commander, was removed from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. amid revelations of several biting incidents, he left his mark — literally — on more people than previously made public, newly released records show.

And the Bidens’ failure to swiftly act created a workplace hazard that experts say exposed the White House to serious liabilities considering the workers and visitors who were knowingly put in harm’s way.
