New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) are out of line for threatening President Donald Trump, Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., told Newsmax TV.
On Wednesday, de Blasio and state officials said they would sue the Trump administration if it carries out plans to withhold funding to New York.
