As House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., seeks to press ABC on its alleged suppression of a story on Jeffrey Epstein allegations, civil liberties legal expert Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax TV, ABC was justified holding the story because of a questionable source.
"I gave ABC all this information and I said to them, 'I don't think you can put your credibility behind this woman Giuffre unless you can corroborate it by independent means,'" Dershowitz told Monday's "Newsmax Now" amid his own legal battle against Virginia Giuffre's allegations.
