2020 Dems Refuse to Release SCOTUS Short Lists

The 2020 Democratic presidential hopefuls have yet to reveal the names on their short lists for the U.S. Supreme Court – and Republicans are starting to ask why.

One possible reason mum’s the word among Democratic contenders: The Democratic base now leans so far left that almost any jurist not well to the left of, say, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg could draw the wrath of the party’s left wing.
