The indictment of Republican Texas Gov. Rick Perry is making Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg a "laughingstock," Boston Herald columnist Howie Carr told
Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" on Monday.
Carr also discussed events in Ferguson, Mo., after the death of a black youth by a white police officer, and a "war on men" he said was taking place in Massachusetts elections.
