Houlton, Ungar: Obama, Southern Border Will Affect Midterms

National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Tyler Houlton and left-leaning political commentator Rick Ungar appeared on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV Wednesday to debate primary election results as well as whether President Barack Obama's dwindling popularity will have an effect on the midterm elections.

They also discuss whether the crisis at the nation's southern border will play into the midterm elections and have an effect that will last into the 2016 presidential race.
