Democrats are "making great progress" toward agreeing on a spending plan to fulfill President Joe Biden's Build Back Better agenda, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Wednesday.
Pelosi, speaking to reporters at a news conference, said the budget legislation would pass "soon" but gave no other details.
