Trading was halted on the New York Stock Exchange Wednesday after authorities discovered that not all symbols were trading.
The NYSE website says that not all symbols are not trading. "Additional information will follow as soon as possible," the website says.
CNBC is reporting the outtage was due to "technical issues" and started at 11:32 p.m.
"We're currently experiencing a technical issue that we're working to resolve as soon as possible," the NYSE said, according to CNBC.
