Last week's meeting in Kazakhstan between representatives of Iran and the major world powers appears to have accomplished nothing, other than an agreement to meet again. But in fact, for Iran, the meeting was a success, resulting in what are, in effect, concessions that will allow it to proceed with its plan to become a nuclear weapons power.
