President Donald Trump vowed Wednesday that Republicans will protect those with preexisting medical conditions, while Democrats will not.
His comments came in a morning tweet where he urged people to vote Republican.
Trump wrote: "Republicans will totally protect people with Pre-Existing Conditions, Democrats will not! Vote Republican."
