"Wonder Woman" actress Gal Gadot made a surprise appearance at a children's hospital in Virginia — in full costume as the DC Comics superhero, Entertainment Weekly reported.
The Israeli actress, who played Wonder Woman in the 2016 movie "Batman v. Superman" and in the 2017 movies "Wonder Woman" and "Justice League," was in the Washington, D.C. area filming scenes from the "Wonder Woman" sequel movie, The Independent reported.
Dr. Lucas Collazo at Inova Children's Hospital posted a photo of Gadot with the hospital staff on Twitter, saying: "Thank you, Gal Gadot. You are a true Wonder Woman,"
The sequel "Wonder Woman 1984," will be released in theaters on Nov. 1, 2019.
