The U.S. economy continues to reap the benefits of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that Congress passed in December, with over 100 U.S. utilities have lowering their rates just in time to help consumers with their summer air conditioning bills.
The reduced rates will lower the bills for over 100 million customers, according to Americans for Tax Reform (ATR), an organization that promotes limited government and lower taxes.
