Indiana GOP Rep. Mike Pence says he is not likely to support the compromise brokered Friday between Congress and the President Barack Obama, Politico reports.

“From what I know, it sounds like John Boehner got a good deal,” Pence said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” adding that the cuts were “probably not good enough for me to support it.”

“I’ve been battling run away federal spending under both political parties ever since I arrived in Congress,” Pence said. “What I was saying repeatedly was that House Republicans needed to pick a fight. I think John Boehner fought a good fight.”
