A study from Australia conclusively demonstrated that heart attacks in women come primarily from stress.

Well, this may be one study, but it should not take studies to tell you what you know in your gut is common sense. Stress is the biggest killer of them all.

Just think of a world where stress does not exist. What would that world look like? People smiling and happy, walking around, exercising, and eating well.

They would be at their ideal weight and body composition, in good relationships, and experiencing lots of happy moments in their lives. There would be no heart disease or other serious illness because without stress, we practically don’t age.

We don’t create inflammation in our body or immune problems, and our hormones function in perfect harmony. So stress management is crucial to healthy living.

You can successfully manage the stress in your life — we all can. It’s a matter of personal choice.
