U.S. discount carrier Spirit Airlines said Thursday it has appointed rival Sun Country executive, Dave Davis, as its new CEO.
The appointment comes a week after former chief Ted Christie stepped down from the position with immediate effect, as part of a shakeup.
Davis was the chief financial officer at low-cost carrier Sun Country.
