Ireland and Portugal will have to restructure their debt, according to Horacio Valeiras, the chief investment officer of fund firm Allianz Global Investors Capital (AGIC).
He did not elaborate in a presentation to reporters in Taipei that also involved PIMCO.
AGIC and PIMCO are both units of German insurer Allianz.
