The U.S. Labor Department said Monday that it was “working hard” to ensure that the October jobs data will be released as scheduled on Friday.
“It is our intention that Friday will be business as usual regarding the October Employment Situation report,” the department said in a release issued in Washington by spokesman Carl Fillichio.
