FedEx Corp. agreed to settle a lawsuit claiming the company had been “systematically overcharging” customers by billing businesses and government offices at higher residential rates.
A “preliminary settlement approval hearing” has been set for July 23, according to a filing in federal court in Memphis, Tennessee. The settlement amount wasn’t available from the filing.
