Electronic payment equipment maker VeriFone Holdings Inc. said Friday it has acquired the remaining minority interest in VeriFone Transportation Systems.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
VeriFone Transportation was formed as a joint venture with TaxiTronic Inc. in 2005, the company said. It provides payment systems and fleet management systems for taxis.
