“Jersey Shore” star Jenni “JWoww” Farley took to Twitter to defend her body and respond to plastic surgery rumors,

Rumors began after Farley appeared on the Season 4 "Jersey Shore" premiere looking considerably different.
“Flattered I’m the topic of tabloids. Funny what people assume when u lose weight and tone. Love the stories,” JWoww wrote on her Twitter account.
Tabloids report that Farley’s face, specifically her nose and chin, look markedly different. Farley denies these rumors and has repeatedly said that exercise and a healthier diet have changed her appearance.
