Keith Kellogg, President Donald Trump's Ukraine envoy, told reporters at NATO headquarters in Brussels on Monday that no one will impose a peace deal on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and that he and the people of Ukraine will make that call.

Kellogg said a trip to Ukraine is still being finalized and said that he will meet with Zelenskyy.
