Michelle Obama Talks Healthcare, Daughters on 'Tonight Show' (Video)

Michelle Obama got silly on "The Tonight Show" Thursday when she appeared in a tween girl-themed sketch alongside host Jimmy Fallon and special guest star Will Ferrell.

The first lady also promoted her "Let's Move" campaign, dished on her daughters, and encouraged "knucklehead" young people to sign up for Obamacare.

Fallon, who took over "The Tonight Show" from longtime host Jay Leno this week, brought with him one of his regular sketches — a spoof of a fictional Teen Nick show called "Ew!" — in which he plays a tween girl named Sara with an almost unintelligible Valley Girl accent.

Joined by best friend Stacy (a wig-wearing Ferrell), Fallon then welcomes Obama to the "show." The "girls" then compliment the first lady on her strength.

"Thank you, Sara. I do try to exercise every day," Obama said, to which the girls reply, "Ew!"

"Exercise is not ew," Barack Obama's wife said. "You just have to find an activity that's right for you. For example, I like to dance, play tennis, and even do some push-ups."

Later on in the interview portion of "The Tonight Show," Obama talked with Fallon about teaching her 15-year-old daughter Malia how to drive.

"I tell people, the staff, and the Secret Service that when we're out of here in a few years, [my daughters have] got to be able to function as normal people, and driving is a part of that," she said. "Ladies and gentlemen of D.C., watch out!"

Obama also encouraged America's youth to take advantage of Obamacare which, she said, is available for as low as $50 a month.

"Young people are knuckleheads," she said as to why health insurance is a must for that age group in particular. "They're the ones cooking for the first time and slicing their fingers ... dancing on the barstools."

Thursday's show wasn’t Obama's first time goofing off with Fallon. She appeared on his old "Late Night" show last year and performed a hilarious "Evolution of Mom Dancing" routine.
