Emma Roberts, Julia Roberts' 22-year-old niece, was reportedly arrested in Canada last week for a domestic violence dispute involving her boyfriend, "American Horror Story" actor Evan Peters.
Sources told media outlets that a guest at the couple's Montreal hotel called police to report a fight July 7. When officers arrived, Peters, 26, had a
bloody nose and a bite mark, according to TMZ. Roberts was booked, but quickly released a few hours later when Peters refused to press charges.
"It was an
unfortunate incident and misunderstanding," Roberts' rep told ET. "Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it."
