When race car driver Danica Patrick gets a new look for 2014, it’s not about hair or makeup but instead is a new paint job on her GoDaddy race car.
GoDaddy announced the latest paint job, which features a wide swathe of orange down the middle of the bright green car, on its Facebook page.

While fans gave their approval to the snazzy new paint job, commenting on GoDaddy’s site and Patrick’s, many naysayers also showed up.
“Paint it, re-wrap it up, call it something else, but the fact remains. She might be really hot, but she's a below average NASCAR driver. Many more folks could win with the equipment she's been given. At least she's got attitude,” wrote one person on a
Fox Sports article.
But fans stood up for her, pointing out there are lots of race car drivers who haven’t won a race, and mentioning that they had already sent in for their die cast of the new car.
And as one person pointed out on Twitter:
Some expressed concern for how long Patrick will be able to maintain the spotless paint job in the photos released by Go Daddy:
The new paint scheme announcement comes just after Patrick co-hosted the American Country Awards, getting a lot of press for the gig, including her
appearance in a skit dressed as a showgirl.
