Georgia Congressman Tom Price, a fierce deficit hawk, says what drives the tea party movement is a rising concern among citizens about the size of government. "We believe that we ought to go to the pre-bailout, pre-stimulus levels and decrease spending responsibly from there. If you do that you can get this budget under control and that's what the American people are demanding. And I would suggest until we do that you won't get that vibrant job creation throughout the country."
