Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., is reportedly concerned about several parts of the GOP's tax bill as party leaders make a final push to get it passed before the end of the year.

The Wall Street Journal's Richard Rubin tweeted this Monday evening:

McCain released a statement before Thanksgiving that praised the Senate Finance Committee's process in marking up the chamber's tax legislation. He fell short, however, of throwing his weight behind the bill itself.

"I am hopeful that when we return from the Thanksgiving recess to consider tax reform on the Senate floor, we will see this process continue, with both sides of the aisle having sufficient opportunity to debate the merits of tax reform and offer amendments," McCain said.

Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., has already said he does not support the GOP's tax bill, while several other Senate Republicans are on the fence.
