Man Arrested Near White House Had Car Stocked With Weapons

A man who police had previously stopped for urinating in public, was arrested near the White House on Sunday and a search of his car revealed a stash of weapons, CNN reported Sunday.

Police found nine guns, three knives, brass knuckles, suppressors and various types of ammunition in his car. The man told Secret Service officers he was at the White House to speak with National Security Agency Director Admiral Mike Rogers and Defense Secretary James Mattis. He said he needed "advice on missing paychecks and how to get the chip out of my head," according to the incident report.

The firearms included handguns and AR- and AK-style rifles, according to CNN.
